He serves as outside general counsel to businesses providing guidance on hiring and firing of employees, wage and hour compliance, discrimination and harassment, insurance coverage and counsels on best practices to avoid costly litigation.

In the past 15 years, Jacob has worked at some of the largest and most respected law firms in the country before joining Prosperous. He obtained his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Biological Science, concurrently from the University of Minnesota, after graduating from the University of California, Irvine.

Joey Sanchez is the founder and CEO of the Corporate Advocate. Joey is An Enrolled Agent (EA) who is a federally-authorized tax practitioner with technical expertise in the field of taxation and representation. He is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals.

Joey’s extensive experience along with his team’s diverse service offerings have enabled them to solve some of the most daunting challenges facing California-based staffing companies over the last decade.
